1.准备两片6寸蛋糕片。

2.火龙果切出果肉用榨汁杯榨成果泥。

3.吉利丁片泡软。

4.淡奶油加砂糖低速打发。

5.打至淡奶油有纹路可以流动状态。

6.打发好的淡奶油加入火龙果泥拌匀。

7.加入溶化好的吉利丁液拌匀。

8.拌好的慕斯酱备用。

9.8寸模具先放上一片蛋糕片。

10.倒入一半的火龙果慕斯酱入冰箱冷冻30分钟。

11.30分钟后取出再放上一片蛋糕片。

12.倒入剩下的一半慕斯酱,抹平表面入冰箱冷藏两三个小时定型。

13.水蜜桃味的QQ糖倒出。

14.加少许水,炉灶小火将QQ糖煮溶,或者隔热水融化也可以,融化后晾凉。

15.冷藏三个小时后的慕斯蛋糕取出。

16.淋上溶化好的糖浆做镜面,接着继续放冰箱冷藏定型,一般都是冷藏一夜。

17.底下垫高,将蛋糕坐在上面,用吹风筒对着围边外用热风吹一下,大概十几秒就差不多可以脱模,脱模的时候用手轻轻将活底膜往下拉。
